Secret FBI ‘Burn Bags’ Found With Trump-Russia Docs

An annex to the 2023 Durham report has been declassified and released after it was discovered in “burn bags” amongst thousands of other documents that were stored in a secret room at the FBI’s DC headquarters.

According to FBI Director Kash Patel, the documents date back to the bureau’s Trump-Russia probe during the 2016 campaign. The 29-page, never before seen annex was written by then-special counsel John Durham which scrutinized the original Trump-Russia probe, code-named “Crossfire Hurricane.”

The declassified document includes details of the intelligence Durham reviewed, according to Fox News Digital who first obtained a copy, and what it revealed is shocking.

What the annex exposes is how the Clinton campaign planned to falsely tie President Trump to Russia in 2016 and found that the FBI, under the former Obama administration, failed to investigate intel that the Clinton campaign likely concocted the Trump-Russia collusion hoax.

This is when the FBI then used the Steele Dossier, created by the Clinton campaign, to obtain the FISA warrant to spy on Trump’s campaign via Carter Page. Upon discovery of these documents, the FBI handed them over to Senator Chuck Grassley who is Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Those currently reviewing the papers include Patel, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Attorney General Pam Bondi and acting National Security Agency Director William Hartman.

“I want everything to be shown,” President Trump told reporters. “You know, as long as it’s fair and reasonable, I think it will be shown.”

A statement released today by Grassley’s office, reads that there was: “Potential election influence by a foreign government regarding Hillary Clinton” as well as, “False statements to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA court) regarding FISA renewal applications for Carter Page.”

“Based on the Durham annex, the Obama FBI failed to adequately review and investigate intelligence reports showing the Clinton campaign may have been ginning up the fake Trump-Russia narrative for Clinton’s political gain, which was ultimately done through the Steele Dossier and other means,” Senator Grassley stated.

“These intelligence reports and related records, whether true or false, were buried for years. History will show that the Obama and Biden administration’s law enforcement and intelligence agencies were weaponized against President Trump.

This political weaponization has caused critical damage to our institutions and is one of the biggest political scandals and cover-ups in American history. The new Trump administration has a tremendous responsibility to the American people to fix the damage done and do so with maximum speed and transparency.”
