Shipping Policy:
Order Processing: We process orders within 1-3 business days after receiving them. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience slight delays.
Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. During the checkout process, you can select the preferred shipping method based on your location and delivery speed requirements.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.
International Shipping: Encounter Today offers international shipping to select countries. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Special Offers: Encounter Today will process orders within 1 – 3 days of receiving your donation on a first-come first-serve basis, as item quantities are often limited. Items will be shipped based on standard USPS shipping standards. International shipping for special offers is available. See International Shipping note for more information. No shipping charge is required for special offers. You will receive an email with tracking information once our team has processed your gift.
Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds:
Return Eligibility: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure its safe arrival.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
Non-Returnable/Refundable Items: Certain items, such as consumables, digital downloads, personalized products, and membership fees, may not be eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please check the product description or contact our customer support for further information.
