Transportation: We are happy to cover the travel expenses for the guest minister. Most of our guests prefer to set up their own travel arrangements and allow us to reimburse them for any reasonable travel expenses. We can do this by sending you some travel funds ahead of time or we can simply add it in to the honorarium that we will provide for you after the event. You can indicate which you prefer in the “Special Requests” section. Be sure to let us know the details of your arrival and we will take care of the rest.
Accommodations: Encounter Ministries intends to provide you with the best accommodations possible while you are with us. Unless you request otherwise, we will set all of this up for you and have it ready when you arrive.
