Trump Shuts Down Pro-Abortion Gov Website
Well, here’s a surprise: on the very first day of the Trump-Vance administration, they did something that many Americans thought was a long time coming. They shut down a pro-abortion government website.
The site, ReproductiveRights.gov, was taken offline Monday afternoon—just hours after Donald Trump was sworn in as the 47th president.
The site was initially launched by the Biden administration to promote abortion on demand at your expense.

What did this site claim? Well, in its dying breath, it pushed the usual narrative: that “reproductive health care,” including abortion and birth control, is essential to your well-being.
And, of course, it falsely assured people that the abortion pill, mifepristone, was “safe and effective,” despite the fact that it caused 35 emergency room visits for every 100 abortions in 2015.
Sure, that sounds safe, right?
The Biden-Harris team rolled out this pro-abortion website in August 2022, just after the Supreme Court’s ruling in Dobbs, which sent abortion decisions back to the states.
But instead of accepting that decision, they doubled down, pouring money into pushing abortion on demand through every channel, including this website and a task force within the Justice Department aimed at harassing peaceful pro-life demonstrators.
And what did this government-backed website do?
It helped women find abortion clinics and even directed them to abortion funds—so taxpayers would be footing the bill for the procedure. That’s right, folks. Your hard-earned money, whether you like it or not, was being used to fund abortions.

Now, as if the timing couldn’t be more perfect, the website went dark on the same day news broke that Cecile Richards, the former CEO of Planned Parenthood, passed away from brain cancer.
Richards led the nation’s largest abortion provider through a period where abortion numbers skyrocketed by 70,000 annually. Richards also oversaw the organization when undercover investigations exposed Planned Parenthood’s illegal sale of aborted baby parts.
Approximately 4 million babies were killed during the time Cecile Richards was president of Planned Parenthood.

We mourn their deaths.
Her replacement, Leana Wen, wasn’t exactly a pro-life champion either. After leaving Planned Parenthood, Wen pushed for draconian vaccine passports during the pandemic and went on to became a CNN analyst.
Coincidence? Maybe. But one thing’s for sure: the Trump administration’s actions are a clear step toward undoing the pro-abortion legacy of the previous administration. And for a lot of Americans, that’s something to celebrate.
