Pastors Hold Ceremony to “Bless” Abortion Clinic

Pastors Hold Ceremony to Bless Abortion Clinic - Encounter Today - Blog

In an attempt to appease the left and “support” women who choose to have their babies aborted, so-called pastors are now “blessing” abortion clinics.

In what sounds like the beginning to a joke, a Baptist minister, Presbyterian pastor and Jewish cantor burned incense as part of a “ritual blessing” in order “to show that religion could be a source of support for abortion rights.”

According to the New York Times, the female religious leaders sought to present a counter-religious opposition to the demonically inspired procedure that is abortion.

Leading these “blessings” of abortion facilities is ordained Baptist minister, Reverend Katey Zeh.

Through an organization Zeh helps run called the Religious Community for Reproductive Choice (RCRC), which aims “to end religious stigma around abortion,” the “blessings” are carried out.

“RCRC is a multifaith, intersectional, and antiracist movement for reproductive freedom and dignity,” the group’s website states. “We reject the shame and stigma that religious conservatives have long attached to sex, sexuality and reproduction.”

Commending the staff at an abortion facility, Zeh said, “You all are blessings to those who come to you for care during some of their most vulnerable and sometimes painful moments.”

Talk about a wolf in sheep’s clothing!

Commenting on the situation with the Daily Caller News Foundation, Josh Mercer of CatholicVote said, “For decades the Left has been downright hostile to expressions of religious faith — except apparently when it comes to celebrating abortion.”

“Suddenly incense, ritual, prayer, and reverence all have merit. How wicked that religious practice is being hijacked to promote the killing of children.”

Maryland’s Women’s Health Center has been in operation for just a year and hundreds of babies have already been mercilessly killed within this facility, and according to the New York Times, it has also opened its doors to West Virginia residents after abortion was banned in 2022.

After the 2022 overturning of Roe v. Wade, several Jewish, Episcopalian, Unitarian and Satanist activists campaigned and even filed lawsuits in an attempt to keep abortion legal.

In conclusion, we know that these religious leaders are held to a higher standard by God as it is stated in James 1:3. There will be a day of reckoning for such persons.

We would also be amiss not to address the fact that there are those in Baptist, Presbyterian and Jewish circles who are not in any way, shape or form represented by these “ministers” and believe that God is true to His Word and that He is the God of life and does not stand with those who murder innocent children.

This story serves as a warning to those who stand behind the pulpit that it is not only good but necessary for pastors to address matters which have been deemed “political” but in actuality, are deeply spiritual, such as abortion.

Women and men and families are hurting due to the lies that the enemy has fed them on this topic and it is the job of the church to be a place that teaches absolute truth in love and it is never loving to support the decision to sin, despite what the “ministers” who are “blessing” abortion facilities may say.

And if they don’t agree, they can take it up with God.
