Biden Just Freed Pedophiles and Chinese Spies

Biden just commuted the sentences of roughly 1,500 people who were released from prison, placed on home confinement, as well as pardoning 39 Americans convicted of nonviolent crimes.

This is largest single-day act of clemency in modern history.

Whilst these numbers are shocking, it is all the more alarming when the crimes of these individuals are brought to light.

Cash-For-Kids Judge

Luzerne Country, PA: Judge Michael Conahan and fellow Judge Mark Ciavarella were both convicted in connection with a scheme that sent thousands of juveniles to two private, for-profit detention centers.

The judges did so in exchange for roughly two millions dollars each which they received in kickbacks.

Judge Ciavarella was convicted on 12 out of 39 counts and was sentenced to 28-years in prison whilst Conahan pleaded guilty to one count of racketeering conspiracy and was sentenced to 17 1/2 years in prison.

Some of the children Ciavarella ordered to detention were just eight years old.

Child Sexual Abuse Material Owner

Chinese national, Shanlin Jin, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child sexual abuse material (porn) after authorities found more than 47,000 images and videos on his devices.

Jin was also charged with two additional counts related to child sexual abuse material; both a receipt and for the distribution of the horrific content.

Chinese Spies

Biden went on to commute the sentence of two individuals, one convicted of espionage for China and the other for conspiracy to defraud the U.S. government and impersonating agents of foreign governments.

China is now preparing for the release of these individuals.

It’s interesting how Biden chose to commute these individuals whilst China funded the Penn Biden Center which paid Joe Biden millions.

Conclusion

In writing this article, Encounter News reviewed several articles written by establishment media outlets – none of whom discussed the concerning individuals and the crimes they committed as we have.

Instead, these outlets chose to give a ringing endorsement of Biden’s decision to commute these 1,500 individuals, praising his efforts as several of those whose sentences were commuted were wrongly convicted.

As believers, we are called to expose the evil works of darkness (Ephesians 5:11) in any arena of life.

We are also told that we will know others by the fruit their life produces – whether it be righteousness or wickedness.

This should be a wake up call for believers that there are real life ramifications to the actions leaders in government make.

Leaders are called promote those who do good and to expose and rid a society of evil. In Biden’s case, he just showed the world, yet again, where he truly stands.
