Fraudulent Voter Forms Linked To AZ Mayor
Investigations are underway over voter registration applications in Pennsylvania, a state that is needed to win this election, which are linked to a firm owned by the Vice Mayor of Mesa City in Arizona, Francisco Heredia.
Two counties in PA were flagged for irregular voter registration signatures that are tied to the Field+Media Corps which is run by Heredia, a registered Democrat.
Fraudulent forms containing fake names and addresses, along with forged signatures, were first identified in Lancaster County by elections officials with similar issues occurring in York and Berks counties.
Monroe County has also reported 30 voter registration applications containing irregularities which includes a deceased person on one of the submitted applications.
Prosecutors have since come out stating thousands of last-minute voter registration applications that were submitted by Heredia’s firms were being investigated.
Field+Media Corps, which goes by several different names, is also the subject of 2023 voting complaints in Arizona, where the firm is located.
Monroe County District Attorney Mike Mancusco posted on Facebook that the Monroe County Board of Elections “identified approximately 30 irregular forms.”
Mancusco went on to post that “6 non “Fieldcorps” applications, 2 are actually mail in ballots which were apparently stolen with the perpetrators unsuccessfully attempting to cast the ballots. The other 3 remain under investigation.”
York County officials said their election office received a batch of 3,087 voter registration applications last week, some of which were mark as “questionable.”
The office referred the matter to the York County district attorney’s office for review which found:
- Around 47% of applications were verified as legitimate and approved.
- Roughly 29% of applications had incomplete information. Approval of those applications was pending additional information from the applicants.
- About 24% of applications were declined and were undergoing further review by the York County District Attorney’s Office.
According to a news release, “Of the declined applications, 85% are duplicate registration requests.”
The chief county detective has been conducting a criminal investigation of these referrals.
The website for Field+Media Corps, as well as the site for Heredia’s re-election campaign, has been taken down.
Pennsylvania, a pivotal swing state in this election, announcing probes into voter fraud a couple days before Election Day has intensified scrutiny over the voting process and for this, we can be grateful.
