Massive Win For Canada’s Trucker Convoy!
Roughly 50 truckers who protested Canada’s COVID mandates by taking part in the Freedom Convoy have had their tickets rescinded!
The Democracy Fund (TDF) announced they were successful in defending the Canadians who were issued tickets for participating in the historic protest at the border between Coutts, Alberta and Montana.
Williamson Law (WL), who partnered with TDF, “requested disclosure and held multiple discussions with the Crown, resulting in the withdrawal of tickets for all but 11 cases,” TDF stated.
For the 11 remaining cases, the Crown was “determined to proceed” with them, so WL sought “subpoenas” from several government offices “to give evidence in respect of disclosure issues.”
In the end, they were able to resolve the remaining tickets for just “$1 each.”
“As a result, no client was convicted at trial, and all matters were successfully settled,” TDF stated.
This result “represents an outstanding victory for civil liberty clients of The Democracy Fund,” said Chad Williamson, a lawyer from WL.
“The Government attempted to bring charges against individuals and companies allegedly involved in parking equipment on or near the highway during the Coutts Freedom Convoy protest.”
This drone footage of the Freedom Convoy 2022 shows just how epic & massive the protest against Government mandates really was. We were the majority :facepunch::skin-tone-2:

“With a strong and resolute defense, we successfully had nearly 50 charges dropped immediately,” he remarked.
“These cases show that a strong and vigorous defence is the best protection against charges levied by the Government against peaceful protestors,” he concluded.
Not All Have Seen Success
Not all who contested COVID-related fines and charges have been successful, however.
A judge sentenced two Canada “Freedom Convoy” protesters to over six years in prison for their role in a blockade that stopped traffic on the Canada-US border. Read: https://t.co/UTvEZiErhT

Recently, a Canadian judge sentenced two men involved in the same Freedom Convoy to six years in prison, whilst Canada’s Supreme Court has refused to hear appeals in two prominent cases brought by Maxime Bernier, the leader of the People’s Party of Canada and former Newfoundland Premier, Brian Peckford.
Both Bernier and Peckford claimed their “Charter Rights” were infringed upon by the tyrannical COVID travel ban which prohibited Canadians who didn’t take the COVID vaccine from traveling domestically by boat, airplane or railway. It also barred Canadians from leaving the country.
Just like the Canadian Freedom Convoy and the Dutch Farmers’ protests, the German Farmers’ protests are now being labeled as “far right” and “antidemocratic” by the mainstream media, when these popular uprisings are in fact the epitome of democracy.@jordanbpeterson pic.twitter.com/qOfoULWVBR

Conclusion
It’s no coincidence that at this present hour, there are those in positions of authority that are so willing to abandon their country’s founding documents and ignore their citizen’s rights and freedoms in pursuit of globalist ideals and agendas.
God isn’t surprised by this and He takes notice of those who do that which He hates.
“There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.” Probers 6:16-19
Injustice isn’t overlooked by God, nor does it go unpunished.
Whilst we live in a fallen world, we, the church, are the restraint of evil!
There are many practical ways to take action against this evil, and here are just a few; by taking part in elections and voting for those who stand for freedom by every metric, by advocating for righteous laws, by holding those to account both privately and publicly so that injustice is thwarted and in raising fearless families who understand and exercise their God given rights.
