Who Is Kamala Harris… Really?
If Kamala Harris is indeed to go against former President Trump, this becomes the strongest case for “policy over personality” imaginable.
And in truth, when it comes to politics, this is how we should always be approaching our choice of candidates.
Sure, mock Kamala’s laugh and insane statements, I’ve done it frequently (it is a free country after all) but that should only be a miniscule portion of what we give our attention to.
Democrats have done the very same in screaming about Trump’s so-called “angry tweets” for years but what has that done for voters? Not that much, honestly.
Whilst we can acknowledge the personalities and bizarreness of candidates, it is essential to review their track records, their policy proposals and to observe who they choose to surround themselves with and that is precisely what we are going to do here today with Kamala Harris.
It must first be stated, however, that Harris is not the official Democratic presidential nominee. That decision will be decided in August when the Democratic National Convention takes place in Chicago, IL.
This article is to serve as a wake up call for those who do not know about Harris or her stances, as well as to refresh the memories of Americans on this potential choice of candidate for president.
I chose not to include all of the pertinent information about Harris, her policies or her record in this article as that wouldn’t serve you, the reader, best. Instead, I have laid out for you a few of pieces of key information for you to begin your own research.
Now, let’s begin.
Lowest approval rating of the 2019 DNC Presidential Race:
One of the last polls recording Harris’ approval rating was published by RealClearPolitics, who showed Harris with just 3.4 percent support nationally and in the race to be the Democrat presidential candidate, Harris had roughly 1 percent of the vote.
Harris’ campaign greatly suffered, failing to bring in donor dollars and after her performance in debates, it was clear that she was a lackluster candidate on every front.

Fast forward to when news broke that Harris garnered the endorsement of President Biden after he had dropped out of the race, FiveThirtyEight conducted polling which revealed Harris didn’t have even close to the approval needed in order to carry her through this election against her opponent and front runner, Donald J. Trump.
Abysmal track record:
To understand where someone is going, we must first understand where they have been, what they believe and take into account that which they have said and stood for.
In the case of Kamala Harris:
- In 2020, she created a bail fund for rioters who destroyed their fellow neighbors property which resulted in destruction all throughout America’s cities. She did this in order to push forward a political agenda.
- Fear mongering and race baiting have been a crutch for Harris.
We never forget …

- Harris went against California voters by bringing in No Cash Bail whilst endorsing two extremely controversial propositions; one made it difficult for the authorities to stop crime and the other exacerbated it.

- During her time as VP, Harris was sent to the Munich Security Conference in Biden’s place to show off her supposed abilities in dealing with matters of foreign policy, however, instead of preventing Russia from invading Ukraine, her efforts were glaringly unsuccessful as Russia invaded Ukraine the next day.
Never forget that it was Kamala Harris who was sent to Europe to prevent the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

While there she contradicted herself before claiming sanctions will deter Putin.
A day later, he invaded.

- Harris was an early backer of “Medicare for all.” This move aligned her with the radical wing of the Democrat Party as it stood in 2019. During a CNN town hall, Harris stated that she would get rid of private insurance but after much controversy and backlash, she released a plan that permitted some elements of private insurance whilst including aspects of Medicare for all.
- In 2015, one brave American named David Daveiden exposed Planned Parenthood for selling aborted baby body parts for profit and instead of going after Planned Parenthood, then Attorney General of California Kamala Harris, went after Daleiden.

Conclusion
As Christians, we have a duty not only to pray but to take action and this includes doing so in the realm of politics. As such, being aware of who is in places and positions of authority isn’t just right but it is wise and it is necessary.
We know that “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.” (Proverbs 29:1) Being a part of the political process is a part of taking our rightful place in society.
This is Kamala Harris’ words to Christians about abortion:

“One does not have to abandon their faith or deeply held beliefs to agree the government should not be telling her what to do with her body.”
She’s lying.
You would be abandoning your faith.

One of the many questions we need to be asking ourselves leading up to this election, if Kamala Harris will indeed become the Democratic Presidential candidate, is this: what is the fruit of her actions as proven by her professional track record? Do they honor the position(s) in which she has been and is currently in?
And what about the policies she has set forth and has stood behind? Do they uphold the U.S. Constitution, and more importantly, could they even remotely fall into that “righteous” category where they positively affect people’s lives by praising those who do good and cast down those who do wickedness?
These questions, at the forefront of our thinking, are essential when it comes to any election.
No, there will never be a political party that fully aligns with the Word of God, however, we have the opportunity to vote for politicians who most align with righteous law and to influence policy by way of taking part in the decision making process which produces the policies of either party.
“We don’t support politicians, we use them,” Bishop Alan Didio
