Teachers Banned from Sharing Students’ “Trans” Identities
California’s Governor Gavin Newsom has signed into law a bill that puts 10 million children in danger of abuse and medical mistreatment.
The bill, AB1995, bans schools from making rules requiring parental notification if a child identifies as transgender.
The governor of California just signed a bill causing massive destruction of parental rights and putting children at risk for permanent damage.

This law opens the door for activist teachers, students and any number of groups to convince children they were born into the wrong body, and as such, assist them in their “social transition,” hiding this from their parents.
This will eventually lead to harmful medical mistreatment.
Establishment media is portraying Newsom’s law as compassionate and protectionary as it prevents government schools from informing parents about their children’s “gender identity.”
However, in reality, this law places children in an incredibly vulnerable position where they will have access to irreversible medical treatments which can easily and ethically be labeled as abuse and mistreatment.
There just was a fantastic ballot initiative led by @ErinFriday75490 which would have put a stop to the gender madness in California.

For all practical purposes, conservative organizations, along with the rich and influential who have taken on this cause, refused to help. They… https://t.co/z2RPHR5dBy
According to Michael Schellenberger,
“What Gavin Newsom has done is actively prevented schools from informing parents that their children have been put on a medical pathway.”
“We have seen with leaked internal documents of the leading gender medicine group, WPATH, that these medical interventions, namely puberty blockers, hormones, and surgery, are not only irreversible but result in sterilization and loss of sexual function.
Children or adolescents are simply not mature enough to understand the effects of so-called “gender-affirming care.” They cannot, in other words, give their informed consent.”
The Liberty Justice Center has filed a lawsuit against AB 1955, whilst Alliance Defending Freedom’s President Kristen Waggoner has stated the pro-freedom legal organization is also looking into the matter.
“Kids do not belong to the state. This bill isn’t just an outrageous violation of parental rights; it harms vulnerable kids,” Waggoner stated on X.
Governor Newsom, Attorney General Robert Bonta and Superintendent Tony Thurmond are all listed as defendants.
Ryan Bangert, Senior Vice President for Strategic Initiatives with Alliance Defending Freedom also commented saying:
“This is a power play by the government dressed up as “compassion.” Of course Kids struggling with questions about their gender and sexuality deserve guidance, direction, and support. But according to CA, that’s now the state’s job. Sorry, parents.”
In order to nullify Newsom’s law, it will take the courts, the legislature or a ballot initiative.
Conclusion
School officials have no right to keep secrets from parents. None.
Parents, however, do possess a constitutional right to know what their children are doing and being taught at school.
The government is not the legal guardian of a nation’s children, parents are!
I’m afraid I have some terrible news. The governor of America’s largest and richest state has just signed a law that puts 10 million children and adolescents in grave danger of medical mistreatment.
