Disney Exposed For Illegal Hiring Practices, No White Men
Investigative journalist and founder of O’Keefe Media Group, James O’Keefe, exposed the Walt Disney Company for their illegal hiring practices which discriminate against Caucasian men being hired at the company.
These revelations come after Michael Giordano, the company’s Senior Vice President of Business affairs, offered up details regarding the discrimination that is occurring within the company:
“Nobody else is going to tell you this, but they’re not considering any white males for the job … there’s no way we’re hiring a white male.”

The video evidence of Giordano reveals Disney’s methods of discrimination which involves the use of “code words and buzzwords” to avoid legal action.
Giordano is even caught on camera mentioning how a candidate was rejected for not looking black enough!

These revelations come after Disney, who was once known for being “family friendly,” has been embroiled in several scandals and controversies over the sexualization of children in their content.
Conservative pundit and head of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk, said:
“Disney is not only gay, it’s racist. Cue up the well-deserved lawsuits!!”

The admission of Disney giving bonuses to executives for practicing DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) was also revealed to the undercover citizen journalist, with Giordano agreeing that “diversity helps with financial incentives.”
Visibly appearing disgruntled over his personal situation, Giordano addresses how promotions have been denied to him due to his race despite being with the company for 11 years.
Since the video evidence went live, Giordano has removed his LinkedIn page as is common with those who are caught divulging company and industry secrets.
Getting into the conversation, the VP for business affairs says:
“Certainly there have been times where, you know, there’s no way we’re hiring a white male for this.”
“Just kind of unspoken?” OMG’s undercover reporter asks.

“There are times when it’s spoken,” Giordano said, admitting this would be said bluntly, “there’s no way we’re hiring a white male for this role.”
He went on to say “they’d [Disney] be very careful how they message that to agents.”
It’s no secret that Hollywood now openly discriminates against white male actors and Disney is a part of this problem.
Many actors now find it difficult to work due to industry and internal company DEI standards.
Giordano says the bias toward “diverse” casting is incredibly pervasive.
“I think there’s certainly a belief that it’s just good for society and they know. But there’s also a belief that we’re gonna make more money if we appeal to a wider variety of people.”
He said “diversity helps with” financial incentives.

“They might say something like “We’re not looking at the usual suspects for this job.” In that sense, Giordano says, “it’s not really a legally actionable thing. But everybody knows what it means.”
It’s not uncommon for those in the industry to hear executives say, “I’m looking to hire writers and actors who bring diversity.”
OMG plans to release part 2 of the Disney Tapes, which will feature a confrontation with Giordano.
