Kansas Sues Pfizer For Misleading Public
The state of Kansas sued Pfizer this week, accusing the big pharma company of intentionally misleading the public about its COVID-19 “vaccine.”
The state suggests Pfizer chose to hide risks associated with the drug all while making false claims about its supposed effectiveness.
The lawsuit was filed in the District Court of Thomas County.
BREAKING: Kansas Attorney General sues Pfizer for "misleading Kansans on COVID vaccine."

The announcement alleges Pfizer mislead Kansans on vaccine risks, such as with pregnant women and myocarditis, and that Pfizer claimed the vaccines protected against COVID variants when data… pic.twitter.com/RjNDTGrwg5
The state says the drugmaker alleged false statements which fall into clear violation of the Kansas Consumer Protection Act.
Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach stated:
“Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth.”
The evidence Pfizer allegedly withheld from the public after their drug was made available included: complications in pregnancy which includes miscarriage, heart inflammation known as myocarditis and pericarditis and that their drug retained a high effectiveness against mutated variants, and that it would prevent not only illness but transmission.
To address some of these allegations, the drug company stated:
“The representations made by Pfizer about its COVID-19 vaccine have been accurate and science-based.”
If there is indeed merit to these allegations and Pfizer did withhold critical information about their product from the public, then it makes Pfizer’s CEO statement about the company going forward that much more concerning!
Albert Bourla says, “Covid was a rehearsal” and that “the best years of Pfizer are ahead.”

As we have said all along, Covid was a trial run for an even bigger tyrannical undertaking still to come.
This is truly disturbing. pic.twitter.com/FHmygBaCse
Is there really cause for concern, however?
Former Member of the Australian Parliament, Craig Kelly, posted on X:
COVID VACCINE CATASTROPHE :
— Craig Kelly (@CraigKellyPHON) June 18, 2024
22.5% increase Alzheimers and 238% increase in Mild Cognitive Impairment in those injected compared to the unvaccinated.
And that only after 3 months.
On the results on this highly disturbing study alone, the TGA must pull Pfizer and Moderna off… pic.twitter.com/cnQXczlPV8
According to the QJM International Journal of Medicine report Kelly linked to, there is a potential link between the Covid-19 injections and the development of alzheimer’s disease.
Was this information ever presented to the public?
The results of the report are as follows:
Results
Findings showed an increased incidence of MCI and AD in vaccinated individuals, particularly those receiving mRNA vaccines, within three months post-vaccination.
The mRNA vaccine group exhibited a significantly higher incidence of AD (Odds Ratio [OR]: 1.225; 95% Confidence Interval [CI]: 1.025-1.464; p = 0.026) and MCI (OR: 2.377; CI: 1.845-3.064; p < 0.001) compared to the unvaccinated group. No significant relationship was found with vascular dementia or Parkinson’s disease.
Conclusions
Preliminary evidence suggests a potential link between COVID-19 vaccination, particularly mRNA vaccines, and increased incidences of AD and MCI.
This underscores the need for further research to elucidate the relationship between vaccine-induced immune responses and neurodegenerative processes, advocating for continuous monitoring and investigation into the vaccines’ long-term neurological impacts.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against Pfizer in 2023 and is currently pending.
Pfizer claims both cases have zero merit.
AG Kobach confirmed that there are other states who are collaborating with Kansas and are expected to file similar lawsuits soon. (edited)
