W.H.O Pandemic Treaty Collapsing

The World Health Organization’s World Health Assembly is less than two weeks away and the contents of their discussions are already being challenged on multiple fronts with political leaders from around the world publicly pushing back against their Pandemic Treaty.

Opposition to the Pandemic Treaty, which is legally binding although many say otherwise, is growing stronger as countries have been made aware of its wide sweeping infringements on human rights and its blatant attack on national sovereignty.

The Pandemic Treaty hasn’t just been supported by the Biden Administration as they also sought to keep negotiations away from the public eye when they joined with the Chinese delegation at the United Nations said nothing from the negotiations should be made public.

If governments are trying to withhold information about a significant piece of information that has the power to completely alter our way of life in every single conceivable way, that is a glaring red flag!

The Pandemic Treaty violates America’s Constitution, promotes abortion, increases censorship and amongst a slew of other issues, it also expands surveillance.

The WHO announced “steady progress” was being made through “intensive negotiations” on the pandemic agreement before the May 27- June 1st meeting in Geneva, Switzerland.

“[T]hose drafting this agreement, they missed their deadline,” Family Research Council President Tony Perkins says, “[T]hey’re working now to cobble something together in the 11th hour. This really kind of marks this whole process. It’s been going on for almost two years, a lot of it behind closed doors, a lot of it just constantly changing. It’s hard to get a grasp on exactly what they’re going to propose.”

Several American leaders have also raised their voice against the utterly corrupt document and have also flat out rejected the very premise of it!

One example is of the 22 Attorney Generals across these United States who sent a letter to President Biden last week stating their opposition to the White House signing onto the treaty. “[It puts] the WHO and President Biden on notice that there are significant legal flaws here, aside from the fact that it’s a terrible policy position [and is a] slouch towards a one world government.”

Another example comes to us from Capitol Hill where the entire Senate Republican Conference demanded Biden withdraw from the treaty.

Senator Bill Cassidy stated in a press release that a “[substantial] increase [in] the WHO’s health emergency powers” and “intolerable infringements upon U.S. sovereignty.”

On the House side, Representatives Brad Wenstrup and Andy Biggs have also come out in opposition to the treaty, highlighting the WHO’s failures. Representative Biggs has also introduced legislation to withdraw from the agreement. The legislation is co-sponsored by 17 congressmen.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey stated that, “The World Health Organization, which has traditionally been an advisory body, is attempting an unprecedented power grab that would actually create the authority within the WHO to enforce pandemic regulations.”

“And what our experience in COVID-19 taught us is that the worst of the worst of tyrannical tendencies of the progressive Left come out when there’s a perceived or actual emergency, like a pandemic. And so movement towards a one world government [like] WHO’s response to COVID … was abominable at best. These kinds of unilateral tendencies to consolidate power in an international organization are not only unconstitutional and illegal, but are immoral as well.”

Most importantly, on this matter, is that the Treaty goes against the United States Constitution which AG Bailey highlighted.

To think that this document is even under consideration, not by some small fringe faction but by our Commander in Chief, is astounding.

“[T]he United States Constitution does not give any authority to the federal government to delegate its responsibility for public health policy with either the World Health Organization or to take that authority away from the states,” AG Bailey observed.

“[T]he structure of our government matters under our constitutional democratic republic, and the 10th Amendment clearly states that any authority not given to the federal government or denied to the states is enjoyed by the states and the people of the states. And so neither Joe Biden nor even the Congress could delegate this authority to an international body that would seek to enjoy any authority over the people of the United States of America.”

Former leader of Brexit, Nigel Farage, has launched a brand new international organization called Action on World Health. The group’s goal is to change the WHO “to respect national sovereignty, stop interfering in people’s lives, and abandon the frankly terrifying pandemic treaty.”

“We will continue to fight back and ensure that our constitutional rights here in America and in the state of Missouri are scrupulously protected,” AG Bailey stated. “It’s in times of perceived emergency that we must be most vigilant in our protection of our constitutional liberties.”

Conclusion

Just as America’s head honchos have been seeking to usher in a totalitarian state through this WHO Pandemic Treaty, we are seeing the power of the people shine through even stronger!

What we are witnessing with so many individuals in elected office taking a bold step against this unconstitutional international agreement is the return of the power of the more local levels of government!

Why is this a good thing? Because the closer the power is to the people’s hands, the better off our country is.
