FBI “Accidentally” Tampered with Trump Docs
Court filings have revealed that the FBI may have reshuffled or mishandled classified documents obtained from a raid of Mar-a-Lago, home to President Trump.
Special Counsel Jack Smith admitted specific portions of evidence in President Trump’s classified documents case may have been tampered with.
Smith acknowledged that “there are some boxes where the order of items within that box is not the same as in the associated scans.”
This was exposed when documents were submitted to U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon last week.
Previous statements from the prosecution read that all the documents were “in their original, intact form as seized.” The documents also read that “the Government acknowledges that this is inconsistent with what Government counsel previously understood and represented to the Court.”
Kash Patel served as U.S. National Security Council official, senior advisor to the acting Director of National Intelligence, and chief of staff to the acting United States secretary of defense during Trump’s presidency.
Patel says:
“Judge Cannon should be implementing actual contempt proceedings against Jack Smith and the Department of Justice for lying to a federal judge and withholding evidence of exclusion and innocence from Donald Trump.. Maybe we can put Jack Smith in prison.”

For those wondering who “Special Counsel Jack Smith” is, Encounter News previously reported how he is the man who sought to forgo proper procedure in attempting to expedite his case against President Trump but was subsequently denied by the Supreme Court (SCOTUS).

Even CNN’s legal analyst, Elie Honig, said that Jack Smith’s request to rush this trial before the 2024 election “crosses the line to the political.”
Adding to the corrupted things Smith has done, former acting Director of National Intelligence, Richard Garnell, sought to bring attention to Smith’s pattern of corruption:
“Let’s be clear: Jack Smith is accused of tampering with evidence, manufacturing witnesses, bribery and corruption…
And that’s in the investigation of the President of Kosovo 3 years ago when Jack Smith worked at The Hague.”
On this matter, Garnell also posted that, “Congress should ask Bruce Swartz [the Deputy Assistant Attorney General & Counselor for International Affairs] what he said to Jack Smith after I told him that Serbia and Kosovo had agreed to end his job and The Hague court for Kosovo/Serbia.
Bruce told me that he thought Jack Smith wouldn’t like having his job dissolved and so he wanted to talk to Jack first.”
“And can you believe the DC media haven’t explored this at all?” Garnell posted.
“And as I’ve said before, I still have a voicemail saved from Bruce Swartz to me from January 29, 2020.”
Talk about a smoking gun!

Bruce told me that he thought Jack Smith wouldn’t like having his job dissolved and so he wanted to talk to Jack…
So as we can see, Smith hasn’t always upheld his oath of office and has instead chosen, on this occasion, to prioritize petty party politics.
It’s really shocking that Trump

- Admitted to evidence tampering
- Had an affair with his lawyer
- Misused taxpayer funds
What a crook!
Oh no wait… That wasn’t Trump.
That’s Jack Smith & Fani Willis. The creeps targeting Trump.
Trump’s co-defendant, Waltine Nauta, made a request for delay in court proceedings as his lawyers were having difficulty originating certain documents in the boxes provided as evidence. These filings are what produced the revelations we are hearing today.
Discrepancies in the organization of files is tampering with evidence, according to the defense attorneys for Trump and Nauta.
When Trump obtained the documents in the White House, they were all in chronological order, according to Trump’s legal team.
Trump’s legal team says they will argue White House staffers packed and shipped the boxes containing classified information to Mar-a-Lago without the legal team or Trump knowing the full contents of the boxes. This will have zero bearing on criminal charges, prosecutors say.
The FBI seized 33 boxes of documents from among Trump’s personal records during the raid of his home in Mar-a-Lago.
This raid produced 40 felony counts against Trump.
This investigation is an “Election Interference Scam” by the Biden administration and the “Deranged Jack Smith,” Trump believes and the evidence is inching more and more towards.
Trump has pleaded not guilty to all 40 of the charges he faces.
“Deranged Jack has admitted in a filing in front of Judge Cannon to what I have been saying happened since the Illegal RAID on my home, Mar-a-Lago, in Palm Beach, Florida – That he and his team committed blatant Evidence Tampering by mishandling the very Boxes they used as a pretext to bring this Fake Case,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
“END THE ‘BOXES HOAXES.’”
“ARREST DERANGED JACK SMITH. HE IS A CRIMINAL!”
