Biden Endangers Girls, Redefines “Sex”

New regulations for Title IX have been pushed through by the Biden Administration’s Department of Education in order to “protect” gender identity from discrimination, at least, that’s what they want you to believe.

The truth is that Biden this new regulation has changed the definition of “sex” to include “gender identity” which will now force schools to allow boys on girls’ sports teams, force teachers to use student’s and staff member’s “preferred pronouns,” allow boys to take girls’ scholarships and let boys enter and use girls’ locker rooms!

Title IX was originally created to protect women and girls from discrimination but this change effectively means biological women will now have zero safe spaces and no real identity in society.

“The Biden administration has completely lost its way on Title IX,” Senator Bill Cassidy said in a statement. Cassidy is a ranking member of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.

Senator Cassidy’s office is still examining the new regulations, “but it appears to be an attempt by the Biden administration to pursue an ideological agenda on gender identity and inject federal bureaucrats into the parent-child relationship.”

A measure which ensured there would be due process for those accused of sexual misconduct, a measure brought in by former Education Secretary Betsy DeVos under the Trump Administration, was also rolled back.

Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona cheered the announcement of the rules.

“These final regulations build on the legacy of Title IX by clarifying that all our nation’s students can access schools that are safe, welcoming and respect their rights,” Cardona said.

This isn’t about helping children feel respected, this is a means of ideological subversion! Assisting in the confusion of children isn’t a move to applaud, it is a move to demean and be disgusted over!

Over the course of history, the one constant in the take down of any society has always been the indoctrination of children and cultural subversion.

In a statement made by Tom Emmer, the House Majority Whip, the regulations are “not about protecting students.”

Emmer believes Biden’s rules are all “about appeasing the radical members of their base by imposing woke policies that rob women and girls of equal opportunities and jeopardize their safety.”

“We identify as pi**ed off,” Representative Nancy Mace told Fox News Digital, stating that Biden’s administration is “effectively saying that women’s safety is expendable.”

“Recent incidents, like the appalling rape of a woman in Rikers by a biological male, are a stark reminder of the very real dangers posed by these reckless policies. This isn’t progress; this is regression at its worst, and women are paying the price,” she continued.

Tennessee’s Attorney General, Jonathan Skrmetti, stated that the state is ready to “defend Title IX & protect against unlawful regulations that redefine what sex really means.”

“Title IX was meant to protect female students from sex discrimination,” Senator Ted Cruz said in a statement to Fox News Digital. “Sadly, the Biden administration’s new Title IX rule does the exact opposite and makes it harder for schools to protect women.

The simple fact of the matter is this – for far too long believers have ceded their rightful authority in society to others, but you know what? It hasn’t been enough. America needs Christians to take a public stand because when we are quiet about what matters, others ultimately suffer. In a woke and “tolerant” society, we need believers to be bold as a lion, declaring the truth on every matter.

No more hiding. No more self censoring. No more being afraid of hurting people’s feelings because you know what ultimately hurts people a lot more? Not speaking the truth when you have the chance.

Silence sooner or later turns into compliance. May we not be a complaint generation in this nation. May we be the leaders these times demand.
