Trump on Trial

This week is historic seeing as for the first time in American history a former President will stand trial in a criminal case.

President Trump is facing up to 10 years in prison and the 34 charges are some of the most ridiculous we’ve ever seen.

So what are the crimes President Trump allegedly committed? Apparently, he falsified business records when he allegedly paid Stormy Daniel hush money payments and classified them as “legal expenses.”

In normal cases, this is classified as a misdemeanor, but this wasn’t good enough for Alvin Bragg, New York’s George Soros funded District Attorney (DA).

The DA claims Trump falsified the records to cover up another crime (this makes it a felony). The felony he allegedly covered up? Campaign finance violations.

We’re fairly certain you didn’t know that every candidate running for the presidential office has been fined for campaign finance violations, including Hillary Clinton, Barack Hussein Obama, and Joe Biden. This is nothing new.

But, as always, there’s more to the story…

The Trump trial will be presided over by Judge Juan Merchan, this is significant to the trial seeing as his daughter, Loren Merchan, worked for the Kamala Harris campaign in 2020 against Donald Trump! And this isn’t even all that she is involved in (more on that later).

Upon hearing of this, President Trump slammed the judge’s family members for their involvement in the case, however, after specifically calling out the Democrat daughter of the judge, the DA’s office called Trump’s statements about the judge’s Democrat daughter “dangerous” and “violent” and called upon the court to bar his statements.

This is a sham trial and can undoubtedly be classified as election interference.

The court filing made by prosecutor Matthew Colagnelo read:

“This issue is not complicated. Family members of trial participants must be strictly off-limits” and that the “Defendant’s insistence to the contrary bespeaks a dangerous sense of entitlement to instigate fear and even physical harm to the loved ones of those he sees in the courtroom.”

Come to find out, Loren Merchan is also president of Authentic Campaigns, a Chicago-based political consulting firm whose top clients include those who detest Trump like Representative Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), who was the lead prosecutor in the Republican’s first impeachment trial.

We have just found out that the Judge will allow the DA’s office to use National Enquirer stories as evidence, even though he already agreed it has nothing to do with the charges he is facing! The Judge also allowed the prosecution to read the transcript of Trump’s “grab em by the pu***” tape aloud in the courtroom.

It is abundantly clear – this case is nothing more than a smear campaign.

When the ruling was handed down by the Soros-funded DA, Trump tore into Bragg, saying he was trying him for something that was “not even a crime.”

“We’re being tried for something that’s not even a crime, they say at most it’s a misdemeanor, but there’s no misdemeanor either,” Trump said.

President Trump believes Biden has been the one instigating the various legal cases filed against him:

This “was done by Biden and his thugs” because “they can’t win an election because of the borders, because of energy prices, because of inflation, because of Afghanistan, the worst and most embarrassing day in the history of our country.”

The corruption being witnessed in the courts is nothing to be surprised about.

In deep blue, Democratic strongholds like New York and Washington DC, the justice system isn’t about what’s right and wrong but vengeance, politics and ideology.

Based upon those involved in the case, President Trump will most likely be convicted in New York. Despite this, here are some important facts about the DA Alvin Bragg and the Judge presiding over the case, Juan Merchan.

– Judge Juan Merchan is a Democrat who donated to Joe Biden and has a daughter, Loren Merchan, who runs a leftist consulting firm that raised $93 million for Adam Schiff and Senate Majority PAC.

– After exposing how the Merchan family makes money off of attacking Trump, he was given a gag order.

– Alvin Bragg has campaigned on getting Trump and is one of the many U.S. District Attorneys that is funded by George Soros. Interestingly, Bragg’s predecessor Cy Vance and the DOJ both declined to prosecute this case.

– And finally, the entire case hinges on a “novel legal theory” that legal scholars disagree with and hinges on the testimony of a convicted liar.

Conclusion

Let us pray for justice and for light to continue to shine in the dark places, exposing the roots of evil so that the plans of the wicked against this nation fall.

Never forget, nations are made up of people and not their governments. It is the people of these United States that are needed at this hour to pray for those who are publicly standing in the gap, such people include President Trump and his legal team.

And for any partisan individuals who may scoff at such a call to prayer, remember this – justice upheld for one is justice upheld for many.
