Biden Flies 320K Immigrants Into America - Encounter Today - Blog

President Biden has secretly flown 320,000 inadmissible illegal immigrants from Latin American airports to 43 U.S. cities of their choice.

The secretive program involved at least 320,000 illegal immigrants the administration admitted are “inadmissible”. This number is far more than the 210,000 previously reported.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was sued by the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit as DHS refused to identify the 43 airports it left migrants at after they landed from Latin America.

Since the first years of President Joe Biden’s administration, immigration has been a prominent and contentious issue. One recent issue, however, has raised the eyebrows of Americans on both sides of the political divide – Biden flying migrants into America.

Todd Bensman, the author of the CIS report, says, “The program at the center of the FOIA litigation is perhaps the most enigmatic and least-known of the Biden administration’s uses of the CBP One cellphone scheduling app, even though it is responsible for almost invisibly importing by air 320,000 aliens with no legal right to enter the United States since it got underway in late 2022.”

“Under these legally dubious parole programs, aliens who cannot legally enter the country use the CBP One app to apply for travel authorization and temporary humanitarian release from those airports. The parole program allows for two-year periods of legal status during which adults are eligible for work authorization,” he wrote.

The excuse given for this mode of transporting illegals was to streamline the immigration process, but what about the potential impact on national security, economic stability, and the rule of law?

National Security Considerations:

The Biden administration’s decision to fly migrants into the country raises legitimate concerns about national security. By using air transportation, the traditional vetting processes and border control measures are most likely bypassed or strained. Critics worry that this approach could inadvertently allow individuals with malicious intentions or insufficient background checks to enter the country undetected, posing potential threats to the safety and security of American citizens.

Economic Implications:

The economic impact of flying migrants into the country is another area of concern for Americans. This secretive method has the very real potential of straining local resources and infrastructure, especially in communities unprepared for sudden increases in population. This strain could lead to challenges in providing essential services such as education, healthcare, and housing, potentially burdening taxpayers and local governments.

Rule of Law:

Upholding the rule of law isn’t a “conservative” issue, it is an American issue as it is a cornerstone of any functioning society. The use of airborne immigration methods (if one can even call them that) has raised questions about the legality and transparency of such processes. Critics argue that bypassing traditional entry points and border checks may undermine the established legal immigration system, creating a perception that certain individuals are given preferential treatment over others who follow standard immigration procedures.

This is a band-aid “solution” to a massive wound that won’t stop bleeding until the underlying issue is addressed and that is cracking down on those breaking U.S. law by illegally crossing the southern border.

Assisting those who intentionally break the law isn’t beneficial for anyone but hurts everyone at the end of the day.
