Illegal Migrant Murders American Child, Mother Sues Biden’s DHS
An MS-13 gang member, and illegal migrant to the United States, allegedly murdered 20-year-old Kayla Hamilton whose mother is now suing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for $100 million.
Hamilton was found dead by her boyfriend in July of 2022 after renting a room to the migrant in the trailer she lived in with her boyfriend.

Tammy Nobles, Kayla’s mother, argues DHS failed in their duties to protect her daughter from the 17-year-old gang member. The suspect in question is an El Salvadorean national who has been charged with first-degree murder, rape, and robbery and is being held without bail ahead of his trial set for June 28, 2024.
Devastatingly, this isn’t the first time this kind of occurrence has taken place on U.S. soil. Another illegal migrant has been accused of raping a teenage girl in Prattville, Alabama after being released into the United States at the southern border by President Biden’s Department of Homeland Security.
Before a House panel conducted an impeachment inquiry for DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Nobles testified, “My newly 20-year-old daughter, Kayla Hamilton, was murdered in her own room and left on the floor like trash. The illegal MS-13 known gang member brutally raped and murdered my daughter by strangling her with a cord and robbed her of six dollars. During the attack, Kayla called her boyfriend for help and it went to voicemail. The voicemail of the murderer strangling Kayla was two minutes and 30 seconds long.”
Geovani Grevi Rivera-Zavala, 29, illegally entered the U.S. at Eagle Pass, Texas, in November 2021 & was released into the states.

“This could have been anyone’s daughter. I don’t want any other parent to live the nightmare that I am living. I am her voice now and I am going to fight with everything I have to get her story told and bring awareness of the issue at the border.”
On Saturday in an interview with News Nation, Nobels opened up about the lawsuit. “Nobody at the border did their job and checked his background,” she said. Nobles asserted that if DHS had screened the gang member thoroughly, his MS-13 tattoos would have revealed and led to his deportation.
Nobel’s attorney Brain Claypool said, “We’re bringing this lawsuit because we’re tired of being held hostage in our own country … we’re tired of DHS playing Russian roulette with our lives [and] with Kayla’s life.”
“All they had to do was follow their own protocol — lift the t-shirt of the 16-year-old young man that was trying to enter the border [and] they would have seen a gang-related tattoo. And guess what? That would have disqualified him from entering this country.”
Perspective
Illegal migration (or immigration as many like to report it although they are two very different things) is immoral.
A nation’s immigration policy involves three parties: government, citizens and immigrants. It’s axiomatic that the government’s first duty is protecting its citizens. It’s similarly indisputable that, with limited resources, an ever-increasing number of people must result in an ever-shrinking individual portion, which ultimately might not sustain either citizen or immigrant.
National sovereignty was established by God and what God designs is meant for our good.
A government that assists those blatantly breaking the law of the land not only disregards the value of her citizenry and her heritage but also stand in direct violation of its immediate duty – national security.
Immigration is one of the many issues that has been weaponized to become what it is now – a right or left issue. It isn’t. Don’t fall into the political talking points of each party.
Good immigration policy is supposed to focus on what is best for the citizens of the nation, on filling economic gaps by bringing in foreign nationals who may provide economic benefits and to provide protection for those fleeing legitimate harm or threats to their person. Keep in mind, the processes implemented to cipher through immigrants, whilst they do change from one administration to another, are always meant to prioritize the safety of the nation’s citizens not of illegal migrants.
Always remember, God delegates authority to the government but it is not autonomous. When the government gets out of order on this issue or any others, the people of God must be the ones who stand and speak to bring correction.
Let’s be the ones who help bring clarity to the chaos by speaking in defense of our nation’s sovereignty.
