180 Names Associated with Epstein to be Unsealed
NEW YORK: A federal judge has ordered the unsealing of court documents that will make public the names of associates of infamous sex trafficker to the elite, Jeffrey Epstein.
As part of a settled civil lawsuit, the documents involved allege Epstein’s long-term companion, Ghislaine Maxwell, facilitated the sexual abuse of then-teenager, Virginia Giuffre.
Maxwell, whose case settlement was never made public, resulted in a 20 year prison sentence which she is currently serving.
Judge Loretta Preska issued the court order and doesn’t believe that they should be allowed to seek this out as an option seeing as they have given public interviews on the Epstein situation. Some individuals have been able to get their names removed from the documents in question thus far.
The documents are set to be released on January 1, 2024, with a small window of time open for dissenters to request that their documents remain sealed. Some names may only have been connected to Epstein through communications such as emails or legal documents, and whilst several identities will be exposed, the names of Epstein’s victims will remain undisclosed.
The ruling implies that the documents to be released will include information on a couple named Cathy and Miles Alexander. It is believed they are the ones who ran operations on Little St. James Island between 1999 and 2007. Others, who it is believed helped facilitate the trafficking of children on the island, will also be named.
Some individuals have battled to have their names and any ties to Epstein removed from the documents about to be released.
The case against the now deceased Epstein has taken years and justice for his victims has not yet been satisfied. In the words of Benjamin Franklin, “Justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outraged as those who are.”
The issue of human trafficking is slowly gaining the attention that it demands with films like The Sound of Freedom and movements pushing those in the halls of government to take action, the abuse of God’s children must be exposed and this case is one more step towards justice.
Take no part in the worthless deeds of evil and darkness; instead, expose them. It is shameful even to talk about the things that ungodly people do in secret. But their evil intentions will be exposed when the light shines on them, for the light makes everything visible.” Ephesians 5:11-14a
